@virginmedia @O2 are claiming that they can't check when the phone was last used.... I'm pretty sure either of you could if you wanted to resolve this. Both companies have been taking money from a 91 yo's account for a service I cancelled. How do I escalate this please?

@virginmedia I cancelled my mother's mobile (too hard of hearing now) a few years ago. Checking her account though I realise you've been billing her £7-£10 each month since. Can you check the last time the number was used?

@virginmedia Well, they say to speak to yourselves as it was virgin that I instructed to cancel it. It should have gone to o2 at all. I did explain this in previous posts. So how will you resolve this? Perhaps you can contact o2?

@virginmedia O2 say it's a virgin issue because it was virgin I cancelled it with before the changeover, so it's yourselves who didn't shut it down. . No handset bought, it was a sim only deal.
Can you check when the number was last used if I provide it please?
