Infrastructure in Norway is 💯
I just got back from my 5th trip to Norway. After spending about 6 weeks there and another 7 months in Sweden, some patterns are starting to emerge.
And check out these photos I've grabbed the last few years!
1) Almost all roads are 1 lane
what if fable is actually just how Anthropic makes consumer usage profitable?
it uses my Pro usage at least 10x faster than other models.
would be a genius trick to get everyone behind normalizing fast token depletion with a better, but exponentially expensive model.
…no shade if you are just looking to get into it.
You’ll feel a difference when the cheap wood bends sitting on it and your feet are cold while inside.

The Costco 2-person cedar barrel sauna is the best value traditional sauna you can buy.
- Heats up quickly (small size)
- Tempered glassdoor + window
- Harvia 6.5kwh heater
- Western red cedar
- Easy to mod w/roof and wifi
- Costco return policy
All for ~$3k out the door.
…that they should do a complimentary consult with us or another distributor. It’s too easy to be lured in with the headline number and forget it’s literally a minority of the overall cost.
We primarily sell premium, European imports that don’t use crap wood and glue, but
@homegymcoop Common misconception here.
The sauna is not the main cost.
Site prep, delivery, 240V upgrade and assembly will end up being closer to $10k to have professionals do it.
We (https://t.co/hhuHZCRgkG) have better products. But ours are $50k+ hah
@DylanAbruscato I’m not sure what bubble everyone is living in to think this makes Founders Fund more in demand. This is a negative signal outside the bubble
@eladgil This is right.
Your best bet as an entrepreneur is to find a niche where geography, logistics, sales, regulation, or brand are critical and let this be a tailwind to compound durability.
You should have a one line articulation of your moat against, and tailwind from, AI.
The first time I wrote a LISP program, it was magical. Self modifying code and even hot-swapping live production code was mind bending.
I thought homoiconicity would be more important for this, but it turns out, LLMs just steamroll all need for clever programming in practice.
Yes.
I’ve never felt better about building a company with geographic, relational, and logistics moats than now.
There’s an entire segment of tech that’s still racing to build technology that may be obsolete within 10 years.
The events of the last 6 months in technology are arguable amongst the most important in human history
The tools now increasingly exist for recursive self improvement of models & agents
We are likely in very early lift off & exponential
Largely unnoticed outside of tech
