Haven't had post for over a week now. Parcel van is out and about but no letters. Currently waiting on 2 SIM cards. Posted over a week ago 1st class. Not here and the numbers port today so I have no signal or data unless I'm on WiFi. No electricity bill either!

@WayfairUK WhatsApp conversation promised a solution.....still waiting on confirmation that they've actually resent the item.....which apparently will take 6 days to arrive! Not holding out much hope. Should really have cancelled, got a refund and gone with a more reputable company.

@WayfairUK ordered a barbecue on Saturday that was due delivered yesterday. Yesterday the barbecue stand arrived....no barbecue. You blamed the manufacturer! Not that you only dispatched 1 of 2 boxes. Appalling service. Ruined my plans and still awaiting your solution. Disgusted!

@BankofScotland for the second year you've blocked my account half way through my holiday to The Netherlands. I've pre-registered to use my card here and it's been fine for 1 week. Your online help is hopeless. They've given me a phone number that is wrong. Pathetic. No money.

@BankofScotland 2: I completed the checks; driver's license and selfie. Did it twice but rejected though they looked clear to me. The phone number given was wrong. I phoned another 24hr one but it wasn't. I am furious. This is wasting my time. 2 rs this has happened half way through a holiday.

@BankofScotland I didn't receive a message. An online ticket sale was rejected and then my card was not usable. I went onto the app to check and found out through the message facility it was blocked. After an hour and a half I got an actual person responding.

@OutdoorToysUK Ordered this item and delivery stated 7 to 14 days. Email arrived AFTER I'd ordered stating it would be 5 weeks-the item is in stock. Emailed 3 times for an update -no response. Reviews online say it could be up to 10 weeks. It won't arrive in time for the summer holidays! Poor.
