What to watch for:  Whether any of this stuff actually gets passed. It’s unlikely congress actually makes any moves on crypto regulation before the mid-terms, but expect Congress to revisit this bill (and others) come early 2023

BAD: DAOs are business entities for purposes of the tax code and have to register as legal entities. Tax clarity is good, but by definition DAOs are supposed to be decentralized, and they don’t easily fit into the rigid framework of legal entities (LLC, corp, etc.)
