@cordblood Did you know Maria Gonzalez at your company lies to people? She said a manager would call me back 11days ago Then today she kept me on hold for 38 minutes & kept telling me a manager would be on in a minute then she refused to let me speak to the manager after being rude &lying.

@cordblood I just spoke to the rudest person in the world at CordBlood after being on the line for 38 minutes and I was lied to about being called back by a manager 11 days ago. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a company!!

@IHG @HIExpress I don’t think so!! Not in tryout Holiday Inn Express in Richmond downtown!! Pathetic service and dirty rooms, broken bathroom door, no water in the rooms and we had to go to 3 rooms just to find one without pizza boxes and unmade beds!!! Pretty bad!! 😫😒

@IHG @HIExpress You may want to know we had to go to three rooms to find one that had beds made and no pizza boxes. Then to make things worse no TV guide, no water in room & front desk guy David was very rude #RichmondHolidayInnExpress awful service! 😫
