Please stop educating us about what are the expansionary goals of Israel, we are all very well aware and that's exactly why we've been against opening an unnecessary war with them.
80% of people on my feed on all platforms who are against the direct negotiations, posting things like "We will not surrender" and "we cannot live with them", are living abroad in countries that not only have peace with Israel but give them military support. Talk about hypocrisy.
Egypt signed peace with Israel in 1979, got Sinai back, and stopped the war.
Decades later, Egypt secured its territory & its people’s safety, but didn’t become politically or culturally aligned with Israel. It’s that simple.
I’m convinced there’s no point in formulating rational arguments on the way forward. Their own leader said on national TV that he started a war for Iran, and they’re still trying to spin it & calling us unpatriotic.
@DoNotWorryPod Hezeb is actually inviting Israel to take the South, so they validate their existence. If you think otherwise you're brainwashed and delusional.
@DoNotWorryPod I care about the South, it would shatter me to know that it would be taken from us, and the only reason it would be is because Hezeb got into another war they can't win, knowing very well that the Gov is unable to take it back by force later on.
Lebanon is negotiating from a position of weakness, yes, but that weakness was not created by the government. It was created by a militia that claimed it would protect Lebanon, then stripped the state of decision-making power and dragged the country into a war it couldn’t control
With time, you realize their problem isn’t Israel, it’s a functioning Lebanese state. Their model depends on an external enemy and internal disorder.
The “victim identity” isn’t just narrative, it creates moral legitimacy to bypass institutions and sustain parallel structures.
People didn’t suddenly stop blaming Israel. Israel being an enemy is already priced in. What’s being questioned is the internal choice, every single day, to operate from civilian areas and drag everyone else into the risk.
I’m tired of hearing “HA had to hit because Israel would’ve invaded Lebanon anyway.” That’s the same preemptive logic we criticize. If we don’t even have the means to sustain a war, why escalate? If they hit, we respond as a STATE, not as a militia deciding for 6 million people.
this has to be tweeted weekly:
No, we don’t support 🇮🇱 we’ve been condemning it before Oct 7
No, we don’t support HA we’ve been pleading it not to provoke war or help the enemy fabricate consent to bomb us
We support our displaced & injured compatriots and we condemn every strike against the country
Meanwhile, between tweets highlighting the humanitarian aspect of the war, we have the right to question those who got us there
Israel suddenly decided it's bombing Chweifet today. Chweifet is not within what many consider "Dahyeh". They did not expect to be bombed and a lot of people remain within the area. Many are sleeping and are unable to listen to psychopathic post-12 AM evacuation orders.
