@VodafoneUK@Alzubair007 You probably leave lots of people feeling this way, Jamal’s description is accurate. Your staff take security details and can check the problem and try to sell services, but can’t fix anything. Then the team who can fix things don’t do it.
@vaibhavgulati86@VodafoneUK It is, yes, you spend forever talking to different people, they take your details several times, try to sell extra services a few times, then say that they can see the problem at their end but can’t/won’t do anything about it.

@OTVDesk @dolphinsands We can train our own very well, arguably not enough of them, and many who do train here then choose to go and work abroad for better pay or conditions.

@DesioFabio@VodafoneUK Same, customer service seems set up to sell products without access to solve problems. Left scammed by Vodafone because billing and customer service are separate and, after lots of being passed around, billing won’t refund what customer service say I shouldn’t have been charged.
@VodafoneUK I just talked to @O2 about a PAYG account with them, in less than 10 minutes (not days) with 1 person (not being passed around) it was resolved (not just acknowledging a fault and leaving me out of pocket for it), without trying to sell me anything. Maybe try it?
@RoyalMail In the past if someone wasn’t in for a parcel they could collect it next day or arrange re-delivery, then you tried in-app delivery preferences which are gone, now even collection requires a week for re-delivery to a collection point. Can you go back to a quicker solution please?
