@northernassist awful behaviour from drunken males on 20:09 Carlisle-N'cle train tonight, a fight narrowly avoided. Conductor checked tix, saw drunken behaviour yet never came back. Member of public had to diffuse it. Intimidating for everyone on train incl kids. No staff help!
