@veve_official @Ghostbusters I hate to say it but Veve may have to borrow NBA topshot ways to drop. Build it on a point system on the collectables you buy. So ultra rare and rare you need so many points in order to buy. While uncommon need low points to buy and common is no points to buy and open to newbies.
