@nigimmigration I also want to note this was tried days ago. If non-refundable intervention payments have been made and we are still unable to book a slot online, it is only fair that walk-in appointments are made available.

@nigimmigration Hi! I tried booking an intervention appointment for the Aberdeen location but it keeps saying “no slots available”.
is this because it’s not close to the date or is this an abnormal occurrence? I wasn’t also able to pick a date.

Please, I and others are experiencing issues with the contactless biometrics and the appointment details provided. Booking is unavailable, and I do not believe it is fair to limit access to this intervention to only those who booked it when we can’t even book on the site.
