That seems like one of the most important questions for timing. Do you have some good suggestions of scripture passages that define or reference "the fullness of the Gentiles"? Offhand, I don't know where it comes up outside of Rom.11

In Romans 11 though, it seems like the fall and breaking off of the branches had already taken place due to unbelief:

"through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles"
