@rosebmiss2 @lisaocarroll Also, saying the salary isn't a secret.. it is to nurses that started years ago, because the real wag3 cuts and pay freeze mean nurses earn about 20-40% less comparatively than they did when.they started...would you take a job where your money kept getting worse?

Nurses accept the harsh hours and they do the job because they put people first ...over their own family often. Expecting a fair wage isn't unreasonable.
