I also had the opportunity to work on a youth brand for the Reynolds Museum. I created the Rust Hunters Club, this brand shows the excitement of kids going treasure hunting, using the Reynolds own 1929 Stripping Shovel to accelerate the process! #treasurehunting#museumlover
I had the best luck creating merchandising illustrations for the Reynolds Museum in Wetaskiwin, here is 1 of 6 illustrations - featuring Stan Reynolds, who is the heart & soul of this museum! #branding#vector#tshirtdesign#illustration#Alberta#restoration
Happy to announce that El Designo won Gold at the 2024 MarCom Awards! This was for the merchandising work we created for The Town of Edson. Thanks to our client for the opportunity to work on this amazing project! #Alberta#Edson#illustration#tshirtdesign@MarCom_Awards
Final T-Shirt illustration created for the Town of Edson. This design is a nod to the importance of the highway to the town & the people who live there. We created a modified traffic sign to include Eddie the Squirrel chasing a pinecone. #edson#tshirtdesign#vectorart#MERCH
We were able to help out AVENS with their Annual Report this year, located in YellowKnife - they offer long term care to seniors, and went above and beyond last year when they had to evacuate all their clients due to wildfires! #annualreport#printdesign#yellowknife#seniors
We created this business welcome package for the Town of Slave Lake, using the hub concept from their new brand we highlighted the 2 major industries in the area, and some of the great town amenities. @townofslavelake#printing#slavelake#branding#Alberta
T-Shirt illustration featuring Eddie the Squirrel, created for the Town of Edson. The demographic for this illustration is a bit more mature than the youth shirt, focusing on the men and women working in the trades. #edson#tshirtdesign#vectorillustration#Alberta#MERCH
The Town of Edson hired me to create some promotional T-shirts. This youth shirt features the towns mascot, Eddie the Squirrel. Riding the Caboose 77704CN, I MADMAXed the Caboose, turning it into a modified monster truck-young Eddie rides on top sowing pine cones in his wake.
One of our long-term projects was a Municipal Development plan for Sturgeon County, it ended up being over 100 pages long! Here are a few samples of the page design, the full report should come out in the fall. #print#GraphicDesign@SturgeonCounty
Happy to show this years Annual Report for the Old Man Watershed Council. They are celebrating their 20th anniversary this year! This is an amazing organization and I'm proud to be able to help with their communications and branding. #annualreport#printing#environment#Alberta
Along with the print material we created for @stonyplainab we've designed a series of 48 digital ads. These ads were based on the 4 colour themes taken from their sector profiles, and support and expand the printed materials reach. Shown here are a sample of 4 of these ads.
I illustrated this town maze and treasure hunt for @owlkidspublishing You can see the double-page map in the June edition of Chickadee Magazine. Shown here is the rough pencil sketch, finished vector art and final printed piece. I hope all the kids enjoy the maze!
We've been keeping busy creating reports for local towns & counties. Shown here is the revised Town of Stony Plain Community Profile, showing an info-graphic heavy inside spread! Bringing in local photos together with custom-graphics is a great way to showcase your community!
Took a break from vector art and decided to try some exploratory work with Gouache Paints - first time since college! Finished with POSCA marker highlights. I wanted to create a "Killer Klowns" carnival mask vibe!
