I placeda PREPAID order for my parents in my hometown and put the exact MAP LOCATION and Address!
The delivery guy tried reaching 2 3 times (my father was in the washroom) then they cancelled my order!

@zomato Its not a very expensive order for me just a few bucks but this made me feels that What if!! What if it was a big order and YOUR DELIVERY GUY DONT WANT TO REACH THE LOCATION!!

My Father called back as soon as he came and he was told that the order is now Cancelled!
I tried reaching the customer care within a few moments and was told that THE PENALTY OF NOT PICKING THE CALL IS EQUAL TO MY ORDER AMOUNT.
They cant deliver my Order now.

@zomato whats the point of putting address and map location when your delivery guy just want to call and assume a PREPAID ORDER to be cancelled and your team is not ready to deliver the food I paid for.
JUST BECAUSE YOUR DELIVERY GUY DID NOT TRY TO REACH THE MAP LOCATION/ ADDRESS
