⚙️ Basics
– Sleep mask
– Block blue light
– No screens 60–90 min before bed
– No food/alcohol 2–3 hrs before bed
– Morning light ASAP after waking (10–15 min)
– Melatonin: 0.3mg
🧰 Underrated tool:
→ Nasal Dilators = improve subjective sleep quality, especially helpful if you snore or have nasal congestion. Less objective effect on sleep architecture.
🛌 Nap Smart
– 20–40 mins only
– Best 7–8 hrs after waking
– Don’t nap hungry or after alcohol
– Wind down first
✈️ Jet Lag Fix
– Exercise early after arrival
– No caffeine during adjustment
