Repurposed drugs such as ivermectin and fenbendazole are attracting growing interest among some integrative-cancer practitioners, particularly in advanced or treatment-resistant disease.

A dosing framework attributed to Dr. William Makis describes different ivermectin and fenbendazole dose ranges based on cancer severity:

💊 IVERМECTIN

Lower range: ≤0.5 mg/kg

Moderate range: ~1 mg/kg

Higher range: ~2 mg/kg

Very high range: ≥2.5 mg/kg

The framework has been promoted in connection with anecdotal reports involving advanced cancers, including reports of tumor responses and reductions in PSA.

💊 FENBENDAZOLE

222 mg: reported in some protocols several times weekly or daily

444 mg: used in some experimental protocols for advanced disease

1,000 mg/day: described as an occasional short-term regimen

Some protocols also recommend supplements such as milk thistle or curcumin and emphasize monitoring liver and kidney function.
