This really happened with #amazon I downloaded the Rocket Money app to see what subscriptions I was paying for but was not using. I noticed several #PrimeVideo charges to my account that I had not noticed. They were for small amounts and started back in October.

@AmazonHelp Yep did that yesterday and just now. Won’t do anything to help me!!!!! Stupid. I buy thousands of dollars worth of stuff every year and you put my account on hold for $20!! Oh, and I even paid the $20 that you made me pay because you claim I did rent these movies!

@AmazonHelp I have not received an email and I am still not able to login. I called back about an hour after I paid the $20 and they told me it would be 5-7 business days.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they did not have one of those. I had to pay them the $20 and now my account will not be unlocked for 5-7 business days!! $20!!!! Seriously, over $20!!!! Needless to say, I have been using my #Walmart+ account today!

I called and they informed me that because I disputed these charges and Chase took “their” $20 back, they locked my account. I had to give them “their” $20 back before they would unlock my account. It did not matter that I did not make these purchases.

@StalkingKyle I believe any of us in our right mind (whatever that is 🙂) would not think it would be practical. However, a lot of the homeless have mental issues caused by genetics and/or their past environment. I guess if pets provide them a little comfort and security, who am I to judge?
