@whhhhiskey_CS @Cities_PDX @PdxInteractive @ColossalOrder It sounds crazy but sometimes I fine the first auto save/save after loading takes forever. Especially if accidentally clicking the mouse and making it hang. Have you tried leaving it hours/overnight. Doesn’t sound helpful but a solution non the less?

And a behind the scenes post... For realism and the keep the scene active when the simulation is playing. All parking spots are terrain conforming invisible parking markers and all cabins (PO'd) have 'Residential Blocks' inside them so they work as homes...

After much inspiration from @FreshpopcornYT, I've cut my mods/assets right down which sadly corrupted "Lincoln County". However... work has begun on the road and rail network of my next project... (Thanks Fresh :D)

@ops_reaper @FreshpopcornYT Thanks... It’s this map below but all trees cleared and my own custom theme using parts of “Coos Bay” and “Laviante” and a few more I think. The trees I’ve used so far mainly include the recent pine packs by Greyflame.
