The president is dragging us into another foreign conflict. Cuba poses no threat to the United States, and this is just part of the administration’s disastrous foreign policy.
Day after day the president claims Iran has agreed to things they very clearly have not. It makes the US look like a bunch of clowns to the entire world.
Four weeks ago, Trump told the world Iran had completely capitulated and the war was over. He just made that up, and now our country's credibility is at risk.
Rep Adam Smith nails it again. If ANYONE thinks Trump is respected anywhere outside Russia, Israel and North Korea, they need to seek medical help.
He is now widely viewed as a dangerous global village idiot. As a result, America is n turn viewed as a pariah strait operating a criminal extortion racket from the Oval Office.

If evidence shows a crime was committed, I believe Raul Castro should be held accountable. However, accountability only works when it is based on rules. We need to operate within a rules-based system that respects international law, which the US is currently not following.
It is clear that Trump has no clue how to get out of this war and does not intend to engage in real diplomacy, while we continue to see the devastating impacts on the US, the Middle East, and the global economy.
I sat down with Sam Stein from Bulwark Takes to talk about Trump’s war in Iran. Listen wherever you get your podcasts.

Trump's impulsive decision to start this war has not reduced Iran’s nuclear ambitions. We had negotiations and a deal before, and now we're in a weaker position.
This war is costing the Pentagon more than they cost to admit, and the broader economy is suffering to the tune of hundreds of billions, if not trillions. These devastating costs continue to increase as the war continues. End the war.
I sat down recently with Chase Cain, a former meteorologist and YouTube creator, to talk about something that doesn't get enough honest conversation: energy, the environment, and what it's actually going to take to protect this planet.

In his statement, Hegseth states that the biggest adversaries in this war are Democrats in Congress and a few Republicans. These remarks are vaguely fascist and are contrary to the job we were elected to do: ask questions.
After weeks of requesting a cost estimate for this war, the Department of Defense provided us with a figure that doesn’t accounts for all the equipment destroyed.
Hegseth stated the Iran war was started because of the threat of nuclear weapons, yet he also said the weapons' capabilities were obliterated. The logic does not add up, and there are still no plans to end this war.
.@RepAdamSmith: "What is the plan to actually turn all this lethal, kinetic action into an improvement in the nuclear situation?"
Secretary Hegseth: "Unlike under administrations, which cut bad deals…That was a very bad deal—"
Smith: "That's the past. What's the future?"
We need answers from Hegseth on his what the actual plan is to end this war, breakdown of the $1.6 trillion budget request, and reasoning for firing senior leaders of the military.
