Election Fraud Risks dominate USA elections today. "Fraud exists, but not enough to change elections." Then why do it? Risks must be understood and fixed.

At this point in the game, the only people left standing are a few election fraud deniers and their numbers are dwindling under the onslaught of evidence identifying election fraud from multiple sources and directions in 2020 and 2022.

V.I.R.T.U.E. is a consortium of Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) who have been uncovering election fraud risks embedded in virtually every process, procedure, legislation and tool used in elections. We have determined election fraud in 2020 and 2022 was systemic and widespread, supported by hundreds of cases, audits, investigations and disclosures.

In previous postings we have named:
1) Unmaintained voter registration rolls - manual or automated, using third party software such as ERIC or internally developed programs as the genesis of election fraud risk.

2) Those rolls spawn the generation of thousands of illegitimate ballots when they are not vetted for identification, current status, address or voter viability. When combined with legislation or practice calling for the mailing of ballots to the entire voter roll, the number of fake ballots in states such as California become millions.

3) Those "homeless" ballots become the targets of ballot harvesting organizations such as NGOs or Unions, as well as individuals. Those harvested ballots find their way to preparation mills that complete ballots which are then ready for delivery.

4) Unmonitored bins are the drop-off of choice, where individuals can dump dozens of ballots at a time with no accountability. Ballots sent by mail are another delivery mechanism, and numerous cases have found the postal service to be complicit in the ballot delivery scheme, delivering boxes of "found" ballots with date stamps before election day. Another method is for harvesters to deliver hundreds of metered ballots held back only to be used as needed and dropped off at vote counting centers.

Why are fake ballots the key to election fraud? Because if they aren't there, they can't be counted, right? Well that brings us into the world of machine related fraud, where sometimes you don't need ballots to count in order to fix an election result.
This election fraud risk will be addressed later.

Remember: True voter suppression occurs when one legal vote can be canceled by any one of many fraudulent ballots counted as votes.

Once a fraud risk practice is independently corroborated by an actual audit, investigation or similar result as a proven contributor to election fraud, the risk "graduates" to a fraudulent practice and its use should be ended.

The CA legislature, by institutionalizing and legislating election fraud risk practices, has "legalized" election theft. It is by design, and they have many tools, all or some of which can be used when needed to fit the right circumstances.
A planned lawsuit against CA for fraudulent practices and laws has to focus on the concept of RISK inherent in any practice.
Once you dissect the risks then tie the practice to a verified fraud, then that practice should be prevented from happening. It shifts the narrative from "election denier" if you believe fraud happens, to "election fraud deniers" for those who refuse to accept the risk-to- fraud link.

No, CA isa Dem Marxist controlled one party state. The Marxists have baked in election fraud risk practices into law, effectively legalizing election theft. Planned lawsuit against CA for pervasive fraud must focus on fraud risks.
If a practice has a high risk profile for fraud, and that is tied to an actual fraudulent act or result, the practice must be ended and a process put in place that prevents that from happening.
Until you measure risks in a process, practice or rule, then identify how they are used in a fraud and prove it, the Left will always cry "election deniers" and have a leg to stand on.

You are not wrong. As of today, there were about 300,000 uncounted ballots for LA Mayor's race. They are breaking in favor of Raman by 11% over Pratt. To overcome his 7% lead, they need to break at 16-18% for her to catch up. Watch the count and we will know if the steal is in. No lead is too big to overcome.
With 35 more days before they need to certify, plenty of time to go through that count, "cure" friendly ballots, toss unfriendly ballots and vote creep would give her the spot. The Dem Marxist fraud apparatus does not want those deadly Pratt ads to keep running against Bass.

And so the CA election steal is underway. The most recent technique: mailed ballots to thousands of ineligible addresses for LA mayor's race. Reports from cities surrounding Los Angeles - Pasadena, Santa Monica, Culver City and dozens more indicate ballots with the LA Mayor's race on them are being mailed in from those cities. Those ballots should exclude the mayor's race, and there no mayor's races in those cities underway.

Since in CA there is no verification of addresses-they don't even verify eligible voters- why would they check addresses? They won't. Many citizen reports are coming in asking about the ballots.

There are provisions for a candidate to call for - and pay for - an audit, which may happen if Spencer Pratt drops to third after having a 7 percentage point lead on election night.
There are 300,000 ballots not yet counted as of the latest count. According to an analyst, those are already breaking at an 11% clip over Pratt's election day numbers.

However, the third place candidate would have to convert at 16-18% rate to catch up. Now that the number is out in public, the Dem Marxist fraud machine has its target to achieve.
We shall see what happens in this closely watched race, which is a referendum on CA election fraud prowess.

Yes to both. CA Dem Marxist regime has chosen its candidate-Bass-for a second term.
