@CASOSvote I enjoy discussions with voters, organizations and community groups. If two or more people gather (in person or on Zoom) and I am invited, I am available to discuss election issues of any kind.
@CASOSvote Our county library/community outreach staff and I monitor all social media channels to watch for misleading posts. I personally answer any posts that need correction or clarification.
@CASOSvote In addition to the manual tally, we do pre-election logic and accuracy testing of several thousand ballots to insure that the ballot tabulation system is capturing the voter's intent.
@CASOSvote In addition to verifying the signature on every return ballot envelope, Napa County hand counts ballots from two randomly-chosen precincts to make sure the machine count is verified by four sets of human eyes. Our manual tally had no discrepancies.
@CASOSvote Our Dominion ballot marking devices do not store any data. The voter's choices are printed onto a paper ballot which is deposited in a secure ballot box and the voter's signature is verified prior to the paper ballot being counted.
@CASOSvote Napa County uses Dominion Voting Systems for our ballot marking devices and our ballot tabulation and results processing. Dominion technology is certified by the Secretary of State and supported by a team of highly-trained professionals. 1/2
