Primary Elections tonight in Delaware and Rhode Island. Both states have surprisingly large socialist slates.
In Rhode Island, DSA members, Enrique Sanchez and Kinverly DiCupe are running for State House Districts 9 and 62 respectively.
DSA members Sophie Phillips and Becca Cotto are running for State House Districts 18 and 6 respectively. Former DSA member and County Co-Chair Susan Clifford is running for house district 39. Finally, DSA member, Kyra Hoffner is running for Senate District 14.
Massachusetts primary election today. Socialist and State Representative, Nika Elugardo is running for State Senate in Suffolk's second district. Socialist, Nichole Mossalam is running for Middlesex's 35th house district against the conservative incumbent.

Incumbent DSA members, Mike Connolly and Erika Uyterhoeven are both running for re-elections to Middlesex's 26th and 27th house districts respectively. Connolly is unopposed and Uyterhoveven has the support of Boston DSA.
Good night for the Socialist left, although most races ended in defeat incumbent Jabari Brisport held his seat by a wide margin, Kristen Gonzalez was able to pick up a state senate seat for NYC DSA, and David Alexis was held to a respectably narrow defeat in difficult turf.
Primary Elections in New York and Florida today. In New York, Socialist Queen Johnson is challenging a high-ranking Democratic incumbent in Congressional District 8.
All other races were quite frankly long shots. I neglected to mention that former mayoral candidate, socialist, and musician, Paperboy Prince, was defeated in his primary attempt for New Yorks's 7th congressional district.
Almost forgot, In New York State Senate District 25, Incumbent DSA member Jabari Brisport is facing a right-wing challenger endorsed by Mayor Eric Adams.
