stoked to see @acluct address youth incarceration in ct. we've got a lot of work to do.

everyone involved - folks pushing for either harsher penalties or community funding, the kids stealing & their families - want safety for ct kids & families. so let's start there.

by 2022, i hope we've learned from our past.

rather than reacting when something goes wrong, we can pro-actively build protective factors for our kids with strong communities, stable families, healthy environments. so no one's car gets stolen bc our village cared for every baby.
