€178,136 in estimated lifetime electricity savings, all from one warehouse roof in Ballinasloe.
We recently completed this commercial solar PV installation for Peter Hurley Warehousing, delivering a 37.38kWp system with 84 solar panels, two inverters, and a 15kW battery.
With an estimated 2.2-year payback and around 11 tonnes of CO₂ avoided every year, this project shows what commercial solar PV can deliver for Irish businesses.

Today marks eight years since Lorcan Deasy passed away, following the workplace accident that changed his family’s lives forever.
On this day, we remember Lorcan and reflect on why the Live for Lorcan initiative exists. It was created to keep the human impact of safety at the front of our minds and to remind us that the consequences of unsafe decisions are carried far beyond the workplace.
To support organisations in engaging with this message, a Media Pack is now available to download from the Live for Lorcan initiative webpage. It includes practical resources to support employee inductions, toolbox talks and everyday safety conversations, all focused on people, behaviour and personal responsibility.
If this message resonates with you or your organisation, we encourage you to explore the initiative and consider how Live for Lorcan could be used within your own workplace.
Today is about remembering Lorcan, honouring his legacy and continuing to make safety personal.

“If we heard that story every morning we would never have a workplace accident again.”
That single sentence became the spark that grew into the Live for Lorcan initiative, which we were proud to launch on Friday.
We are sincerely grateful to Alan Dillon TD, Minister of State for Small Business and Retail and the Circular Economy, Mark Cullen, CEO of the Health and Safety Authority, and Sean Downey, Director of Health and Safety, Education, Training and Skills at the Construction Industry Federation (CIF), for helping us launch this important campaign and for their continued commitment to improving safety across our industry.
We also want to thank our colleagues from across the construction and electrical sectors who attended the event and supported the launch. Your engagement and solidarity mean a great deal to us.
A heartfelt thank you also goes to Marian Deasy and her family for their courage and generosity in sharing Lorcan’s story. Their strength is at the centre of this initiative.
Live for Lorcan reminds us that safety is more than procedures and systems. It is about the choices we make, the people we work alongside and the families we go home to.
This is just the beginning of what we hope will become a powerful movement across our industry.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by today at the Electric Vehicle Summit in the RDS in Dublin today. It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase our Solar PV with BESS solutions and to highlight the project we delivered for @GalwayCityCo in partnership with Arbarr Electronics at the Westside Community Centre which is Irelands first solar powered EV charging hub.
This type of solution is ideal for companies who want to expand their operations but are restricted by grid capacity. By combining Solar PV and battery storage it gives businesses the ability to grow sustainably while reducing pressure on the grid.
We were also delighted to exhibit alongside Maverick Electric Vehicle Services for the day. Their expertise in EV installations made for great conversation and a strong presence for industry innovation.
It was a brilliant event and we look forward to continuing to support communities and local authorities across Ireland with clean reliable and future focused energy solutions.

We look forward to discussing how proven scalable solar-powered charging infrastructure can support your decarbonisation and fleet electrification goals.
Please do stop by Stand 12. The team would be delighted to meet you.
