• وهذا العام، تثقل القلب مأساة أخرى.
• وهذه المرة، هي صرخات الأم المكلومة للطفلة وفاء عقيلة البالغة من العمر ثمانية أعوام، والتي ارتقت شهيدة في هذا العدوان العبثي.
• فما كان ينبغي أن يكون أول يوم لها في المدرسة،
• أصبح، ويا للأسف، آخر يوم في حياتها.

• ألا يستحق الطفل الذي يولد في غزة أن يحظى بالحياة نفسها والمستقبل نفسه اللذين يحظى بهما أي طفل في أي مكان آخر في العالم؟
• إن مآسي هند رجب ووفاء عقيلة وعدد لا يحصى من الأطفال والضحايا الآخرين ستظل أصداؤها تتردد عبر التاريخ،
• بوصفها إدانة لصمتنا ا��جماعي وتقاعسنا عن العمل.

• إن من دواعي القلق البالغ أن العنف الإسرائيلي قد امتد ا��آن إلى الضفة الغربية، حيث يعكس التهجير القسري للفلسطينيين بوضوح أجندة الإبادة الجماعية التي تنتهجها إسرائيل، والتي تتواصل بلا هوادة.
• وتؤمن باكستان بأن الحل الوحيد العادل والدائم يتمثل في إقامة دولة فلسطين المستقلة ذات السيادة والقابلة للحياة والمتصلة جغرافيا، على أساس حدود ما قبل عام 1967، وعاصمتها القدس الشريف.
• كما ندين استمرار العدوان الإسرائيلي على لبنان وسوريا.
• ويجب أن يتوقف هذا العدوان أيضا فورا.

The guys who used the dog to harass this man were completely out of order. They could easily have caused a serious accident and had no right to intimidate him like that.

Having said that, the Muslim man’s reaction was extremely hysterical and disproportionate. Even with a genuine phobia, a man should be able to maintain some composure and assert himself in a situation like this.
