as someone who is constantly sleep deprived two well-rested nights have dropped almost 1.5kg off the scale after extended maintenance fluctuations
drink your water + sleep, overexercising to 12am could be sabotaging your body's recovery time 🥀 I learned my lesson
@bibifishp they always help me! i do one a week and it seems like it helps keep my weight loss pretty even rather than plateauing. I eat maintenance one day a week
@bibifishp theyre only helpful if ur plateuing or constipated to the point of noticeable discomfort but other than that theyre just an excuse to eat more tbh
@aeridoll_ I kept bouncing back until I started getting good distractions (going for walks, seeing friends, videogames, books) and going slower so I wouldn't get extreme hunger 🌻
@aeridoll_ back in the peak of my ed , all i ate was 1-3 apples a day and sometimes 40g oats w water (maybe w an apple and some cinnamon) and i lived off of green tea ✌️😁 also did 24-48hr fasts regularly cs i was VERY very depressed , but this is NOT a sustainable method
size xxs, size 000, people saying you’re too thin, thigh gap, hip bones, visible spine, very small breasts, waist 23 inches and below, willowy, svelte, ethereal silhouette, effortlessly high fashion, nothing looks vulgar on you
is it normal that since my anorexia i have different “skin colors”? sometimes my legs are pale then other times more tanned, is it bc of dehydration or does anorexia affect it a lot?
