A5) Not sure that you ever fully can, but having said that trying to be prepared for your own future needs will more often than not save you time and maybe even money! We see this a lot with adapting designs for ADA access long before there is a need. #KBTribeChat

We aren't entirely sure where our forever home is... but mentally, we are already in it and so far so good, plenty of room, closets are incredible and the staff is wonderful 🤣 #KBtribechat

@KBtribechat A2) Location location location, at least we think so. The amount of time spent in your forever house increases more and more over time so being close to the people and/or things you like would be hugely important. #KBTribeChat

@KBtribechat A1) A forever home is one where we see people invest a whole lot of their time and money, its not a flip, its not short term and often design decisions are made bc thats how the homeowner or their likes it and thats it.
