@VZWSupport I used to have 4 bars of service in my house now 2. My sim has been switched and it’s done nothing. What I’ve noticed is that now that Fios is more common in my neighborhood my cell service sucks. My mom has experienced the same in her neighborhood. What gives?

@AmazonHelp I spoke wil Amazon reps and a supervisor for a hour. @lasership delivery center & drivers are not responding so an update can’t happen if lasership doesn’t have the means to communicate well. What’s the point in 2 day shipping if there isn’t a competent carrier? #droplasership
