New collab paper with the China Agricultural University (CAU) in apple rootstock genomics research. A chromosome-level, near-gapless and haplotype-resolved genomes for dwarfing rootstock ‘M9’, the semi-vigorous rootstock ‘MM106’, and ‘Fuji’ https://t.co/gJpve2j2rY
@EmbEspIndonesia me gustaria saber donde puedo obtener informacion oficial de las nuevas normas para turistas que visitan en Indonesia. Normas referentes a visa necesaria, hospedaje, etc. Viajo desde Nueva Zealanda. Gracias
From June, travellers entering New Zealand will no longer have to fill in an arrival card - but they will have to do something else. https://t.co/7dpSC45pt8
Welcome to the 11th Rosaceae Genomics Conference - rgc11. It is in Nelson, New Zealand, on 13-16 March 2023. Early bird abstract registration is open, please send your abstracts. Link bellow.🍎🍒🍓🍐🍏Excited to see and host you here in New Zealand!https://t.co/ErZtgIQMaN
@ebioman@PacBio I am running the ccs --hifi-kinetics <subreads.bam> kinetics.ccs.bam and I already can see in the tmp bams that know I got ip and fp bam tags that I didnt see in teh hifi.bam files so I guess my run on ccs was done without the kinetics option. Let's seeand the primrose to be run
@ebioman@PacBio Thanks for your reply. It seems I dont have those tags in the hifi_reads.bam. These are the tags after the quality scores.

Glad to share this preprint! Collaboration with @Aranzana_Lab group where I did my PhD in 2014. Excited to see the new generations coming strong. #Cas9enrichment#myb10#rosaceae

Well, there it is. Today, with the “wrong” (i.e. cold) symptoms and after a string of negative LFTs, I finally took Twitter advice and swabbed my throat as well as my nose (no mean feat with that diddly stick). If you think you might have COVID, consider adding the throat sample
