The online Sudanese community has become a hub of vicious vitriol, under the guise of political debate.
I met up with two senior Sudanese women this morning - both the victims of severe online harrassment that is mysognistic at its core.
Debate is healthy, bullying is not.
I can’t fully put in to words how incredibly proud I am and I absolutely can not promise not to cry if my baby sister wins! It was a privilege for both of us to cover Sudan’s historic year. Witnessing the Sudanese people’s bravery and persistence was an honour in and of itself.
The newest front in the RSF campaign of reinvention. FREE sugar and lentils, staple commodities, being distributed to poor communities. Complete with RSF branding.
After calls for a "millions march" in Sudan tomorrow, a national committee has finally been established to investigate the June 3rd massacre.

@Int_IDEA@ConstitutionNet @SumitBisarya @AdamAbebe@AAshaib Something else: There was a big fuss during the negotiations on who would lead the sovereignty council. But the constitutional declaration doesn't say anything about what "leading" the council actually means. There are no special voting rights for the leader. So what does it mean?
