You’re not getting it. It’s not enough to feel, suggest or intuit that you are up against fraud. It’s not enough to point at data and say how suspicious they appear. You would have to formulate a case subject to due process and trust this court that..frankly..you helped appoint.

@JeffEhlingABC13 Hey Jeff. Was there a disclosure requirement in the Fr Manuel case to report to police? DA Brett Ligon says he will go where ever the findings lead him. Suppose the Diocese reported to Child Protective Services, will the DA issue another warrant to investigate CPS?

@JRogalskiKHOU Why did you not ask Mntgmry County DA Brett Ligon whether there was a disclosure requirement to report Fr Manuel activity to police. For example, if search warrant finds that the Diocese did report the abuse to Child Protective Services isn’t that enought. @KHOU
