This Week:
Man is made to love others because God has ordained it to be so. If we are honest, there is a notable desire in every man to love and to be loved by someone. John explores this process of godly and sanctified love that is present in the lives of every saint.
Say what? Are we supposed to judge? Most definitely. John tells us the what and the how. Not only are we to be aware of the voice and what it says but John is urging us to understand that there is a “spirit” behind every voice that we hear.

This Sunday
What does it mean to be an authentic saint of God? What is the difference? What does that look like to a hurting world? John lays out what a real saint of God is. We will explore how to incorporate these traits into our lives.
On October 3, Oscar will start a new sermon series called, "The Word of Life." It will be a deep dive into the book of 1 John for a more complete understanding of God. We will explore His nature, character, and what it means to be a disciple.

Elevation has 3 life groups.
Mondays: 1st and 3rd 7:30-8:30 They meet at a Ben Lomond home. This group is for couples and a few more are welcome.
Thursdays: 7:30-9 They meet via zoom. All are welcome to join.
Thursdays 6:30. They meet at Daybreak camp. This is a men's group.
