@RussellLowery10 I have insane drive and high output but get bored easily. As a kid and young adult, this had me jumping from idea to idea. I have learned how to fall in love with my start up again and again to reengage my drive when I’m losing steam.

@zainjaffer Agreed, I also find that it really helps my mental health. On days that I don’t track what I’ve done, I feel less productive and run out of steam faster. I loved the book Bullet Journal, cool little bio hacking tricks.

@KochinaRude @eatmoresnaxx @KochinaRude couldn’t agree more. Sometimes not drinking while out is hard but the feeling of crawling in bed sober after a long night out is one of my favorite feelings. My inner parent always does a “good job kid, we did it again”
