@JethroScarecrow @SRussellWeather a Tornado Emergency actually means a large and destructive tornado is on the ground spotted by storm chasers or NWS. a tornado warning is usually just a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado. doesn't mean it will produce one but can at any second.

@NWSMemphis Hi MEG! I'm that annoying KHA46 person again. I'm here to tell you that I saw rain over the transmitter on radar. Thats not all, though...That rain in particular (no lightning) made KHA46 go dead for a few minutes about 3 times in a span of 20 minutes. That's not very reliable!😬
