@tibetanshark Обратись к вестибулологу/отоневрологу. Не все неврологи одинаково полезны. У тебя может быть ПППГ или ДППГ и еще парочка других несерьезных заболеваний вестибулярного аппарата. Само не пройдет. Это не шея, шея тут не причем
