@DiversAlert with this latest storm hitting Hawaii. I have always wondered and never got a definitive answer. What are the recommendations for diving, in the ocean in a thunderstorm? I would think being underwater would be safer than being on a boat.

How far does listening actually penetrate underwater?

Of course pools are off until no listening in the area. But scuba diving never heard a definitive answer.
