@Sciensus_Group you removed the ability to have evening delivery slots, I thus have everything for my son routed to local pharmacy. Have mentioned every single time that the pharmacy closes 1-2pm. Today your caller said if driver gets there at that time it’s a failed delivery🙄
@airtransat have a flight booked with you and will be travelling with a child with medical needs…your customer service is shocking to arrange certainty over our basic request! Have not had this headache with other airlines 🤯 #disabilities

@British_Airways outward flight to Rome was cancelled on 26/7 with just 3 days notice, now our return flight cancelled with just 12 HOURS notice. What are the chances?! Budget airline this. Two kids in tow and left to sort out emergency accomm. Shite!

@Sciensus_Group two no-shows for my little boy’s medication. Absolutely disgraceful. Official complaint sent now since phone, Chat and emails are ineffective at ensuring any delivery. What kind of management ineptitude is this?
