@TeamYouTube , I hope you've having a great day so far. I am a creator with a big heart and soul that truly cares about helping people and have been in very good standing for many years. I just received a community guideline warning for this video https://t.co/Ye07f4KKNd . All I was doing was stating behavior of some people that take advantage of you on youtube and how some people will take from you if you feed into them. I didn't mention any names and this was clearly for coaching content for people on how to better handle things. My comment was not meant in any way, shape or form to bully or harass anyone, rather to promote handling things in a more mature way and to avoid these types of people. I appealed the guideline warning and the appeal was rejected, but I was not given an opportunity with a text box to share context just like I shared here with you. Can you please take another look at this as again, my intentions have always been to help people resolve issues through my coaching content and sometimes you need to avoid certain types of people to be able to find peace and solace within yourself. The context is very important here and I hope you can take that into consideration. Thank you in advance for your help.

@TeamYouTube, good day to you. Last week, I filed 3 copyright takedown notices on one YouTube channel that copied my professional image on his thumbnails in a very similar way as my thumbnails. The copyright department asked my to send more information on all 3 takedowns which I did. Now the copyright department just sent me an e-mail on the first of the three copyright takedown requests and they told me they have denied my request. I have a US Copyright Registration Certificate that I submitted on all 3 takedown requests on the 3 thumbnail images in question and this is clearly copyright infringement. I have also filed this type of copyright takedown on thumbnails before and it has never been an issue. Can you please take another look as the situation may just need to be escalated to a higher level employee at the copyright department. Please also let me know how to get you this information. Should I private message you or should I have you private message me. All 3 takedowns are the 3 most recent takedowns on my secondary YouTube channel at this link: https://t.co/RFfZCu8CRX . With this information, maybe you can look at my copyright match tool or communication with the copyright department. Please let me know as I do need these valid takedown requests approved as part of the legal action I plan on taking on the infringing channel.

Just in case it matters @TeamYouTube, this same creator was removed on some previously reported channels as I preciously stated, but he's back circumventing on more. Look at my initial posting attached to this one and then compare it to these channels. This person just got a channel monetized and he was removed from YPP several times years ago along with his terms of service removals. @TeamYouTube, I need to report a very serious offender on your platform. Please consider escalating this to your internal team to protect the YouTube community. There is a creator on the platform that has been circumventing a YouTube ban for over 2 years now. He has been removed from several channels and keeps coming back massively violating the terms of service and also massively violating copyright infringement.

I have 2 current active law suits on this creator with the Copyright Claims Board to make you aware. Two of his recent channels were removed for multiple violations of 3rd party copyright infringement. He filed a counter notification on one of these channels and one of my law suits was filed on a piece of content on this channel. I forwarded the law suit information to your copyright department and they said the video would not be reinstated throughout the duration of the case, but the copyright strike would not be applied. Because of this, the creator reached out to you and was able to get this channel reinstated. Here is the link to this channel that was just reinstated: https://t.co/IqhJUuxlMc .

My other law suit that I filed on this creator was based on another channel that was also removed for multiple violations of 3rd party copyright infringement. Here is the link to that channel: https://t.co/298u46i2ha . If you look at the content on both of the above channels I've listed so far, you will see it's the same creator. Now at this point, he hasn't filed any counter notifications on this channel that's still terminated for copyright infringement, but this is the other channel that my other Copyright Claims Board law suit is based on.

With all of that being said, again, this same creator has been circumventing a YouTube ban for over 2 years now. Below I will share several links of other channels that he has been removed for "Terms of Service" violations. You should be able to go into your system and locate these channels and see it is the same creator using the same thumbnail style, and you will see in his videos that it is the same creator that's creating the content with a similar video style.

A little over two years ago, he was removed on 5 channels at once which started his YouTube ban. I have two longtime monetized channels in very good standing and this creator has not only been massively affecting my ability to run my YouTube channels, he's done the same thing to many other creators over the last 6 years. Please escalate this to your internal team or let me know what more I can do to get this information to the right department. Please do the right thing to protect the innocent creators and to also protect the integrity of your Terms of Service.
