This was filmed last week atternoon at Compassion Animal Shelter in Richmond, Virginia. The woman is Margaret. 82 years old. The dog is Bella.
Eleven-year-old Cocker Spaniel.
Margaret and Bella have been together for eleven years. Margaret’s husband passed away three years ago.
She managed on her own until last month when she had a serious health emergency. Spent two weeks in the hospital. Came home to find she can’t manage stairs anymore. Can’t walk Bella. Can’t care for herself properly. Her daughter found her an assisted living facility that doesn’t allow pets. Hands shaking so badly she could barely hold the pen. Tears dripping onto the forms. Our intake coordinator was trying to help her through it gently.
But Bella knew something was wrong.
She pressed herself against Margaret’s legs. Trembling. Started pawing at Margaret’s skirt. Over and over. Like she was trying to get Margaret’s attention.
Trying to ask what was happening.
Margaret tried to keep signing. Made it through the first page. Then Bella pawed at her again.Harder. More desperate. Margaret dropped the pen. She collapsed to the floor... and then she gave it all up and went back home with Bella.

So many of the trans community are utterly unhinged.

A university worker who rejoiced in the death of former MP Ann Widdecombe appeared in a video where his pal claimed those who don’t “show love” to trans people should be “shown bullets”.

The shock YouTube video featured trans identified male Heather Herbert in conversation with a friend known as Poppybear Hackett, who made the bullet jibe.

Originally broadcast in May this year, the film was highlighted on social media site X by feminist group Women Won’t Wheesht.

Herbert sparked fury last week when he posted on social media that it was “good news” that former Tory MP Widdecombe died after an alleged attack at her home.

Herbert also said he hoped the MP suffered an “extremely painful death”.

He followed up by adding: “And I hope she was handcuffed to the bed as she screamed in agony.”

Nigel Farage has just disclosed he has received 597 death threats ( mainly through X) since February.
Correctly he has revealed the huge number to encourage the state to increase his personal protection.
Reform has identified that many of the threats come from the same individuals who are fixated on killing him.
I can’t understand what could be the argument against upgrading his protection.
He’s a controversial politician with a high profile and should have security without begging for it.
Why haven’t the police arrested those behind the death threats? Had it been Lucy Connolly she would already be serving life.

They were a couple at a music festival when Hamas invaded Israel on October 7th.

"We play dead and hope that they pass by".

"One of the terrorists bent down, spoke to me in Arabic, and threw a block at me. I heard a volley of gunfire and felt a bullet in my back. Mapali was hit with one bullet and Hilly with two."

Hilly did not survive. Neither did her friend Mapal, the girl in this photo.
