This is Elisar’s wife @lisagifford. Lovely Elisar died this morning after a 4 year illness with cancer. I was fortunate and honoured to be able to hold his hand from beginning to end. He is finally out of pain. I’ve never met a braver man than my husband.

@GRALWrites I said same thing to doctors when I was last admitted to hospital. They said not to worry as it’s not availability of ventilators that’s an issue. It’s what quality of treatment you can get. I’d die anyway if I got covid but treating me could be very uncomfortable for me.
