@TravelodgeUK worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in chertsey. Mould everywhere,spider webs, No duvet cover,One pillow,rude staff who said there was no laundry so therefor was advised just to sleep with a disgusting duvet amid this pandemic.absolutely vile

@TravelodgeUK Not to mention the key card kept breaking and not swiping So was forever locked out. Also paid 20£ to park in the car park and when returned the car park was full and the receptionist told us there’s nothing he can do to go to a different car park 15mins away 🤦🏽
