It sounds like FDRs radical Supreme Court laid the groundwork for future government tyranny in the agriculture industry on all levels . Even if it “displaces potential interstate commerce”, the gov having the power to regulate all produce, even home grown meant for personal use, is way too large of a power that the government should be allowed to have. How can this precedent be changed to have the commerce clause apply only to produce grown for commercial sale?
