Following his felony convictions. Donald Trump was required to report to probation services to prepare a post conviction pre sentencing report for Judge Merchan. Trump blew off the requirement and left the courthouse before he visited with his new probation officers. That may have been a big mistake Judge Merchan depends on the probation report to determine Trump’s sentence. If he cannot follow the rules of probation. Prison may be the necessary sentence.
Whether Trump is sentenced to prison, probation or a ‘split sentence’ of prison and probation. Probation services are about to be a big part of Donald Trump’s life. Criminals on probation are supposed to accept their guilt and show some signs of remorse and retribution for their crimes. Trump is not likley to do that. If Trump doesn‘t follow the rules. He can and will be violated and sentenced to prison.
As a convicted felon,Trump no longer has the freedoms that are afforded to those of us without a felony conviction. One restriction will be on Trump’s travel. As a convicted felon Trump will need permission to leave his state of residence. His passport will be seized and any foreign travel will be prohibited or greatly restricted by his rules of probation. Not only that but many countries do not allow felons to enter their county. This conviction will drastically change Trump‘s life. I do not see Trump successfully completing a sentence of probation if that is his sentence.

In the Hon. Ato Forson’s case, the NDC upon realizing they’re losing decided to pull out one of the funniest courtroom theatrics I’ve ever read or heard about. I’m a lover of courtroom drama series, I have however never heard of this.

The third accused today in court under cross examination by Edudzi Kudzo Tameklo alleged, albeit ludicrously, the AG, the venerable Godfred Dame, has reached out to him, to twist his testimony, to incriminate Ato. Laughable!

Meanwhile, this same 3rd accused has on 3 occasions in the past, written to the AG, seeking a plea bargain, which the state has refused.

He, on a letter dated 25th April 2023, wrote to the AG, seeking to refund a sum of €2million, with a payment plan where he planned to first pay a sum of 500,000 euros, and then later pay 1.5 million euros after 6 months.

These are facts on record! How then would the AG then turn around to ask you to twist the testimony to further incriminate Hon. Ato Forson upon who a prima facie has already been established.

This is what you get when you entrust serious matters in the hands of characters like @SammyGyamfi_ who feel every issue, however serious is an opportunity for him to engage in crass propaganda. Sad! Just so sad!

The NDC only hate Godfred Dame because he has exposed the incompetence of their attorney generals.l

There is no doubt that Godfred Dame has been Ghana's best Attorney General.

He has intervened many times to protect the public purse and saved Ghana over 10 trillion cedis in judgement debts.

Of Ghana’s nearly GHS700 million judgement debt paid since 2000, NDC alone has paid more than GHS600 million.

The NDC attorney generals could not prosecute a single NPP official, while Godfred Dame keeps prosecuting their corrupt people.

Let's celebrate him for his diligence and hard work. Let's vote for Dr. Bawumia to ensure political continuity of such competent people in government...
