Lo ocurrido en Maiquetía indigna hasta lo más profundo. Una madre retenida y extorsionada bajo la amenaza de quitarle a su hija. Sus padres, en la desesperación por defenderla, viajan de madrugada y mueren en un terrible accidente de tránsito. 
Aun sabiendo la tragedia, las autoridades no mostraron ni un ápice de humanidad: la mantuvieron retenida horas, le quitaron su dinero y la dejaron a su suerte en un autobús con su bebé. 
Esto es la degradación absoluta de las instituciones, donde el abuso de poder destruye vidas sin escrúpulos. ¡Basta de tanta crueldad e impunidad!

New in @abc_es: María Corina Machado faced obstacles to international travel because she lacked a valid Venezuelan passport. To help her travel safely Panama issued her a special diplomatic passport on humanitarian grounds, and strictly as a safe-conduct document… not as a path to citizenship.

But after this flight manifest was leaked while her return was being blocked, outlets in Caracas began falsely claiming that Machado had obtained Panamanian citizenship and renounced her Venezuelan nationality.

The claim is not true. The passport did not grant her Panamanian citizenship, nor did she renounce her Venezuelan nationality.

La Creatina causa Cáncer ? 😱

Un nuevo estudio publicado en Nature Communications encontró una señal que merece nuestra atención.

Los investigadores observaron que la suplementación con creatina aumentó la reactividad de las plaquetas y favoreció la metástasis en diferentes modelos de cáncer en animales.

Además, estudiaron a 11 voluntarios sanos, quienes recibieron 20 g de creatina al día durante 14 días. También encontraron cambios compatibles con una mayor reactividad plaquetaria.

Pero aquí está lo más importante:

👉 Esto NO demuestra que la creatina cause metástasis en humanos.

Lo que tenemos es una señal preclínica importante, con un mecanismo biológico plausible, que necesita ser confirmado en estudios clínicos.

Conclusión ( Personal)

1. No tomes creatina si tienes historia de cáncer

2. No tomes dosis de carga de Creatina

3. Debes estar atento a mas estudios

4. No la tomes si no la necesitas 👈

This is not a photograph, and it's not an oil painting. It might be the most unbelievable watercolor ever made...

It's called Sommarnöje, which means something like Summer Delight, and Anders Zorn painted it in 1886. Look at the water, the gentle ripples, the reflections, the wet sheen of it, and then look at the two people, the fine detail of the wooden rowboat, the woman's white dress, the light on her face.

It has the near-photographic realism of an oil painting, and it was done in watercolor, a medium so unforgiving that a single wrong stroke ruins the entire piece.

Zorn painted this in the first summer of his marriage: the woman in white waiting on the pier is his new wife, Emma, whom he had married only months before. They had just come back from their honeymoon and were staying with her family at Dalarö near Stockholm, still looking for the home where they would spend their life. The man rowing toward her is their friend Carl Gustav Dahlström. It is a real moment from the happiest season of a young couple's life, caught and held forever.

In 2010 this single sheet of watercolor sold for twenty-six million Swedish kronor, over three million dollars, the highest price ever paid for a Swedish painting.

In his own lifetime, Zorn was celebrated above all for two things: his handling of light, and his ability to paint water. Sommarnöje is where you see exactly why...
