Adivinen quién no pudo venir a la audiencia: Seis residentes de la aldea, los peticionarios en el caso, recibieron permisos para asistir a la audiencia. Pero desde las 6:30 a.m. hasta las 8:00 a.m., los colonos bloquearon la única carretera de salida de la aldea. La audiencia estaba programada para las 9:00 a.m.
