I read an article about how people get the most joy from social media when they post. I’m tired of lurking so starting now I’m going to try to tweet at least once a day. 💃🏼 It’s been a long time since I’ve done more than scroll here.

Today in therapy I talked about the fear of regret and my therapist said “that’s just future you judging current you.”

Mostly true but my husband plays guitar and people are always surprised to find out. Twice this week he told people who knew him for a while after they asked 😂 I didn’t see him play til after we were married but he’s so good

I started practicing yoga at the beginning of the year and I love it so much. I feel like I finally understand why runners run. Like if running makes my runner friends feel the way I do about yoga, I get it.
