@duluca@Disney To an extent, I get why they feel the need to give an explanation live about this experience to ensure people know what they're getting into. HOWEVER....if we know and just want to book it, can we have that option online if we check an "I agree" button? ๐
@CmunkyBizzness yep - since 4am ET on the dot. Sometimes that message pauses for a moment and I get excited thinking I'll get into the hold queue. Then it starts up again ๐
@CmunkyBizzness@BaileyMeggan Did you get through? I've been on hold after dialing in at 7:00am and the phone just kept hanging up on me. On hold on the regular resort line because the other ones don't work. :(
