Our store heifers & 2021 calves are grazing a first year #organic herbal ley! This use to be a conventional arable field which has chucked up a few 'weeds' in the mix, but is a great source of overwinter forage for the cows. Doing a bit of #mobgrazing to make it last #regenag

The most amazing Great Bustard tour for @naturetrektours. We saw 8 bustards. On the afternoon walk we saw Stone Curlew, Montagus Harrier, Marsh Harrier (very rare here), Whinchat, Corn Bunting etc. The highlight was seeing 4 adult and 12 Grey Partridge young at VERY close range.

Now that's some diversity! Just goes to show that with careful conservation grazing practices, species like Sainfoin, Fragrant Orchid and Squinancywort are thriving! #chalkgrassland #conservationgrazing
