@JessPected Hey, Christian here. Just because you aren't a believer doesn't mean you have no basis for morality. Romans 2:15 shows there is law in our hearts and that out conscience bears witness. That is to say that you know what good and evil are regardless of your belief in God.

@HelseTM @ChadTheBad I agree with you. I find that Protestantism runs the risk of having it's followers think they'll be the one God makes an exception for. But God through Christ instituted the sacraments to guide us to the fullness of His grace if I'm not mistaken. Otherwise it's chaos

@HelseTM @ChadTheBad Thank you. I just do wish that spaces like this had more evangelical than argumentative presentation of doctrine. Getting a 'gotcha' is fun but helping someone into the fullness of truth has to be even more fulfilling. The church must teach with patience

@ChadTheBad @HelseTM They all might say but I'm kinda serious about it. I like Catholic consistency, sola scriptura is good to a point but one can't deny magestarium. As for Mary, she is mother of God. I can't say anything about her beyond this because I haven't yet studied her.

@ChadTheBad @lafile It is the Lord's business who goes to hell. For hell is after judgement and the Lord is just in his judgement for he sees the heart of man. Of what sin is an infant guilty? Whether they be baptised or not the Lord sees the heart and brings righteous judgement.

12. To the rest I say this (I, not the Lord): If any brother has a wife who is not a believer and she is willing to live with him, he must not divorce her.
13 And if a woman has a husband who is not a believer and he is willing to live with her.
