Building better protocols for a healthy life: hormone optimization, peptides & body recomp. Biohacker, Tech Nerd
Evidence over hype. Not medical advice.
Working on further hair-loss and regrowth. Probably started wrong but this is the full stack for 30 days now. Redlight and AHK-CU were the beginning. Monthly monitoring of Labs. How does this stack?
@Coffeekiller100 I try to listen to my body.. If it's a mental state issue, I try to change a routine and push through it and feel better about it after the session.. If my body hurts, I try to alter or simply skip something if it's too much
@CopOrDrop3 none for me.. wife can barely tolerate reta, 1mg a week is all she can handle, any more and she can't eat at all.
Food matters on GLPs, so I tend to monitor that and #2s Fiber and water is your friend.
@BrianB12415106 love it my fellow labeler.. Gave me some new ideas.. I like my dose units bold near the dial so I can just run my morning without referencing anything. Look, turn dial, jab... next!
@_9th_Life_ Don't want to get in a BF% war like I've been on reddit, but based on my buddy with similar visuals and vein volumes (he was 7.5% Dexa) I'd say you're under 10% for sure and I'd put money on 9% or less. Get that dexa and post.
Daily Peptide Protocol Overview
My current daily peptide approach is built around a few pillars:
Foundational: Test-C + HGH
Recovery: KLOW blend
Mitochondrial optimization: MOTS-c, SS-31, NAD+, SLU-PP-332 (morning)
Sleep: DSIP (evening)
It’s not about taking as many peptides as possible. It’s about covering the main areas that actually move the needle on recomp, recovery, and long-term health.
@bolexy2004 when they get on any machine (leg press) or cable lat pulldown and yank it down 30 times as fast as possible and move to the next, rinse and repeat.
100%, it's a balance for strength and muscle gains but not creating an injury. I find most people who have these issues start off way to much weight. Spend some time and build up to max weights especially when you're new and the ligaments and tendons haven't experienced load like that.
